On 9 October 2026 the cafe posted “It’s Fry-Up Friday!!! See you soon for The Full Engl-ISH. Your breakfast, your way!” That is their spelling and their pitch: a cooked breakfast you can vary, not a numbered set menu reprinted here. If you need to know whether black pudding is on it, ask them. This guide will not guess.
A later autumn post pushed porridge on a cold morning, with toppings listed as blueberries and strawberries, chocolate and banana, cinnamon stewed apple, or jam. That is a different breakfast for someone who does not want a fry-up. Both sit inside the 08:00 open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Saturday the door is 09:00 on the Facebook hours, so a 08:15 porridge only works on the days they open at eight.
What else they said in September
On 26 September 2026 they wrote that they had revamped the breakfast offer, added wraps and a kids menu for lunch, that gluten-free and vegan options were fully available, and that everything could be boxed to take away. That is a policy sentence from them, not a laboratory certificate. If you have coeliac disease, speak to the person at the counter. Websites are bad at cross-contamination.
There is no published breakfast price on the posts this guide used, except later lunch items (sausage roll £6.95, soup £4.95). Do not multiply those into a fry-up. Pay what the board says that morning.
This is not an order form
You cannot order breakfast through dollysdreams.co.uk. Walk to 83–85 High Street, or message Instagram. Hours and the High Street walk are on the other guides. The photograph on this page is the river bridge, because we do not have a licensed picture of their eggs.
