As posted on the public Facebook page for Dolley’s Dream Cafe:
- Monday — not listed
- Tuesday — not listed
- Wednesday 08:00–16:00
- Thursday 08:00–16:00
- Friday 08:00–16:00
- Saturday 09:00–16:00
- Sunday 08:00–16:00
This guide therefore treats Monday and Tuesday as closed. If they open those days for a private event or a one-off, they will say so on Instagram or Facebook, not here.
Four o’clock is four o’clock
Every listed day ends at 16:00. That is earlier than a lot of High Street coffee chains, and earlier than Humphrey Bean next door. If you finish work in Tonbridge at half four, this cafe is not the after-work stop on the hours above. Breakfast and lunch are the point of the clock they published.
Saturday is the odd one: 09:00, not 08:00. Sunday is an 08:00 open, same as Wednesday. Do not mix those two up because both are “the weekend”.
Other people’s hours
Staycation showed a Monday 09:00–17:30 and then blank days, plus a confectionery description. That does not match the cafe’s own page. Use Facebook, then walk. Bank holidays are not printed here. Message them.
The photograph is the High Street bridge, not a clock on the cafe wall. You still have to look at the door. If the lights are off at 15:50 on a listed day, the Facebook hours have already been overtaken by a real Tuesday of the soul. Try their Instagram story before you assume a late coffee.
