That is an offer from them. It is not a function suite brochure with a hire rate.
This website cannot quote a room fee, a minimum spend, or whether Monday (otherwise unlisted) can be opened for a private group. Only they know. Instagram @dolleysdream and Facebook are the addresses they printed.
Hours still apply until they say they do not
Posted public hours end at 16:00. An evening event would be an exception they agree with you, not a right you read into a blog. Do not arrive at 18:00 with a cake because a stranger’s website mentioned baby showers.
Afternoon tea is a related but smaller booking: also via socials, described on the tea page. A walk-in coffee does not need a message.
